Provide the reason for return, catalog number, lot number, and invoice number when making the request.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN Conditions for Return:
Items must be unopened, in full boxes, and free from writing or damage on the packaging.
Products manufactured as custom items are not returnable for credit.
Opened, damaged, or written-on materials are not returnable for credit.

RESTOCKING FEE
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS
Returns are accepted only within 10 days from the invoice date.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
